By downloading, accessing, or using Mesh ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
Mesh provides a digital platform that allows users to list, buy, and sell items through a mobile marketplace application. Mesh may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features of the App at any time without notice.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Mesh. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Users agree to provide accurate and current information, maintain the security of account credentials, and accept responsibility for all activity under their account. Mesh reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Mesh acts solely as a platform connecting buyers and sellers. Mesh is not the buyer or seller of items listed on the platform and does not guarantee listing accuracy, item condition or authenticity, legality of items listed, or successful completion of transactions. All transactions occur directly between users.
Users creating listings agree that listings accurately describe the item, photos represent the actual item, they have the legal right to sell the item, and items comply with applicable laws. Sellers are responsible for resolving disputes related to their listings.
Users may not list or sell: stolen goods, counterfeit items, illegal drugs, prohibited weapons, items that infringe intellectual property rights, or hazardous or unsafe materials. Mesh may remove listings that violate these rules.
Users may upload photos, listings, and other content. Users retain ownership but grant Mesh a limited license to store, display, and process that content to operate the platform. Users are solely responsible for the content they upload.
By uploading photos or media to Mesh, users confirm they own the content or have permission to use it, and that the content does not violate copyright or intellectual property rights.
All transactions on Mesh occur directly between users. Mesh does not process, handle, or guarantee payments between users. Users are responsible for payment arrangements, delivery, and resolving disputes.
Mesh does not verify the identity of all users and does not perform background checks. Mesh is not liable for fraud, scams, or disputes between users.
All intellectual property rights in Mesh including software, branding, and design are owned by [Developer Name]. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App.
If you believe content infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to [Support Email] including identification of the copyrighted work, location of infringing material, and a statement of good faith belief.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." Mesh does not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of listings, or security of the platform. Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mesh and its developers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including financial loss, data loss, or transaction disputes.
Mesh may suspend or terminate accounts if these Terms are violated, activity threatens platform safety, or required by law.
Any disputes arising from use of Mesh will be resolved through binding arbitration. Users waive participation in class action lawsuits.

Mesh is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple is not responsible for the App and has no obligation to provide support.

Automatically Collected: Device type, operating system, IP address, usage data, and crash reports.
Information may be used to operate the platform, improve functionality, provide customer support, communicate updates, and prevent fraud.
Mesh stores listings, photos, and messages uploaded by users to operate the marketplace.
Mesh does not sell personal data. Information may be shared with infrastructure providers, analytics services, and legal authorities when required.
Mesh uses reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
Data is retained only as long as necessary to operate the platform or comply with legal obligations.
